Do we need to integrate the solution?
No — Mentor is part of OKbase and switches on as another module. It pulls people, positions and org structure straight from HR, so there's nothing extra to integrate or sync.
Do we need OKbase to use Mentor?
Mentor is the OKbase learning module and delivers the most value connected to HR — courses are then assigned automatically by position and structure. If you don't have OKbase yet, we'll walk you through that step too.
How long does deployment take?
An Academy in your design, connected to OKbase and with the first courses, typically goes live within two months — including visual design and content.
Do we have to create all the courses ourselves?
No. Essential statutory training (fire safety, occupational H&S — including the versions for managers, driver training, first aid) is included in every platform tier. You can add more from our catalog. Simple courses are also easy to build yourself in Studio with no technical skills, or we produce fully custom content for you.
Is the platform secure enough for a large company?
