OKbase reaches 400 000 active users

OKbase has reached another major milestone. In April, the HR and payroll platform surpassed 400,000 active users, reflecting its continued growth among companies across the Czech Republic.

The figure represents employees, HR professionals, and payroll specialists who use OKbase every day to manage payroll, HR administration, and employee self-service processes.

The growth has been steady over the years. In 2016, OKbase served approximately 100,000 users. By 2020, that number had doubled to 200,000, and in 2023 it reached 300,000. Today, the platform supports more than 400,000 active users.

OKbase is currently used by over 1,680 companies, while a team of more than 150 specialists is responsible for its ongoing development and support. Over the past year alone, nearly 200 new features and enhancements have been introduced, ranging from smaller usability improvements to larger projects such as JMHZ.

"Our goal has always been to simplify HR and payroll processes while helping companies adapt to changing legislation and workplace needs," says the OKbase team. "Reaching 400,000 active users is an important milestone, but above all, it reflects the trust our customers place in us every day."

As organizations continue to invest in digitalization and process efficiency, OKbase remains focused on delivering practical solutions that make everyday HR and payroll administration easier.

The company would like to thank its customers and partners for their continued trust and cooperation, which play a key role in shaping the future of the platform and advancing HR digitalization in the Czech Republic.
