Small Expenses Under Control. Introducing the New OKbase Module

Just about every company has to deal with petty cash expenses. However, tracking, approving, and reimbursing them sometimes takes more time than necessary. That’s why we’ve expanded OKbase with a new Petty Cash module.
An employee enters the expense directly in the OKbase web portal, attaches the receipt, and submits it for approval. The person in charge has all the supporting documents in one place and can process the request immediately - without the need to forward receipts or search for information.
From Receipt to Settlement
Of course, it doesn’t end with entering the expense. The new module handles the entire process, from expense recording through approval to settlement and posting.
It also allows you to combine multiple expenses into a single settlement, assign costs to individual cost centers, or work with different currencies, which it converts to Czech crowns based on the CNB exchange rate.
Integration with payroll is a given in OKbase. Eligible expenses can be easily reimbursed to employees as part of their paycheck. And if you need to enter a large number of expenses at once, you don’t have to enter them one by one. Simply use the import feature from a pre-prepared CSV template.
Less paperwork, better overview
