The right course for the right person

Mentor connects to the data in Personnel Records. That means you can assign courses to employees based on their job position.

A new colleague gets the training their job requires. When an employee changes position, you can easily adjust their development path to match. Competency models also let you define exactly what knowledge and skills someone needs for their current or future role.

E-courses, live training, and learning paths

Not everything can be learned the same way. That's why the Mentor module lets you combine different forms of training:

• your own e-courses,
• presentations, videos, and other interactive content,
• live training sessions and events,
• tests and knowledge checks,
• certifications,
• connected learning paths.

Learning paths link related courses and materials into a coherent whole, so employees know where to start and what comes next.

If someone signs up for a live training event, the date is automatically saved to their calendar. No manual entry needed — and one less "wait, when's that training again?" to deal with.

You can also customize the learning environment to match your company's visual identity, so it fits naturally alongside your other internal tools.

Mandatory training, handled for you

Health and safety, fire protection, or driver training aren't one-time boxes to check. Mentor automatically tracks their validity and alerts you when it's time for renewal.

The module comes with a basic set of mandatory courses:

• health and safety for employees and managers,
• fire protection for employees and managers,
• workplace first aid,
• training for employees who drive as part of their job.

Mentor won't make everyone excited about mandatory training. But it will help make sure it gets done on time.

A clear overview, no detective work required

Who's finished a course? Who's still working through it? Who's missing something?

Detailed overviews and reports show you training progress and compliance with mandatory courses at a glance. You'll find what you need without digging through emails or comparing multiple files.

Mentor helps bring order to corporate training. It connects training to personnel data, cuts down on manual admin, and keeps track of things someone would otherwise have to check by hand.
