In 2014, we won a tender for a HR and payroll system and started to implement a wide range of our modules. Since then, Toyota Gosei Czech has been using HCM, Payroll and Attendance systems with great emphasis on employees´ efficiency. In returned, we developed and integrated a system which rejects the entry of those employees who have absences without leave or invalid medical certificates. The practical and extremely helpful feature for payroll calculations.
Toyoda Gosei Czech was established in 2001 and is a member Toyoda Gosei Co. and also the biggest industrial group Toyota. It belongs among the top manufacturers of plastic, polyurethane and rubber car components which increase coziness and comfort of vehicles. Currently, it has more than 1000 employees.
